We aim to deliver to the UK within 3-5 days - if an item is low stock or out of stock, then we will contact you, although our online stock system should recognise this. Some of our items maybe on order from our suppliers, but again we will contact you if this is the case with an update on delivery timescales.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Once your tracking number is available we will email you with the details.
Standard delivery within the UK is charged at £4.00
We can deliver internationally, but this will incur an extra cost. Please contact us if you have ordered from abroad and we can arrange to take payment for additional costs of delivery. Please be aware that due to local customs clearances in other countries, it could take 7-14 days to receive your package if you are outside of the UK.

AM I SAFE BUYING ONLINE AND DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT? You don't need an account, you can simply purchase without registering (although if you sign up to our newsletter you might find a discount code or two winging it's way to your email!) and the hosting we use encrypts your data so that it's safe to buy with us. We don't sell or misuse your data and never pass it to 3rd parties.

DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN GARMENTS? Not at that moment, but we have some fab suppliers. Designing and manufacturing our own line is something we'd love to do so maybe one day!
ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY? Yes! We love the planet, and want to do everything we can to ensure we're helping so we use 100% biodegradable and recycled packaging. We know that 'fast-fashion' is a concern for conscious consumers and it's something that worries us too, so with that in mind we run regular swap-shops (not just for our clothing, you can bring any good quality clothing to swap with other like-minded people) and want to branch out on this as much as possible. We also choose our collections based on items we think you can wear again and again, meaning you don't have to buy as much! You can also take a look at our blog for ideas on what to do with your unwanted clothing! Reuse and recycle!
ARE YOU VEGAN FRIENDLY? Yes! We don't sell animal by-products.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? Yes, but please check our returns policy here before sending any products back.
We hope you love your items as much as we do however if you need to exchange or return your order please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the return. Once we have authorised your return we will provide you with a reference number and RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS. If returns are not received within that timescale, we cannot accept the return and no refund will be given. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU GET PROOF OF POSTAGE FOR YOUR RETURN.
CONDITION OF RETURNS:
Obviously if you are returning an item, we expect that it has not been worn, and has no marks on it including make up and deodorant! Please ensure that, when trying on, you take care not to make any marks on the items. Items must have labels in-tact as they were when the item was sent, and be neatly in their original packaging (the inner packaging, not just the outer Royal Mail bag). Without these we cannot process a return.
We take every care to check every individual item before it is sent, and so it should reach you in perfect condition, but if there are any issues and you feel an item is faulty, please send us a pic and quick explanation to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you!
At the moment we can't cover return postage as we're a small business and we ask customers to send any returns tracked so that we are able to confirm receipt of your return.
